The 2.3L Turbo saab motor does NOT run 20 PSI unless the conditions warrant the computer to do so. You are just guaranteed to get 230 HP up to 10K+ feet or whatever it is. If the 2.3L motor would run 20 PSI all the time, hell yea it would be closer to 300 HP!
I don't beleive the ford motor is rated to deliver 300 HP all the time no matter if it's 120 degrees in arizona at 10,000 feet or 95 degrees with 99% humidity in florida :o)
However, ford is suppose to bring a 170 HP turbo version if the focus to the states, hopefully we will get the 300 HP version to
