If I needed more interior space, I would have opted for a clean used Saab 9000. Maybe not that good in winter snows but still more fun, better gas mileage than the MDX. A very safe car to boot. I question the need & validity of any airbag when the car is built as a Saab is. MHO is that airbags are like cupholders- a sales gimmick that raises the cost of vehicles & causes many minor damaged vehicles to be totaled due to cost of the replacement parts. Drive safe, defensively, do not use the cell phone or drink beverages in the car & we all are safer. Stay home in the really bad weather.
