No total way to de-sludge engine, and if you get some out, the little that remains will destroy your engine. But if you really want to, you have to take engine out, disconnect from transmission, and disassemble and HOT Tank the engine and it's components, then reassemble replacing parts that need replacing which is most everything due to sludging and then put it all back together. This will cost alot of money if it's not under warranty. General Motors, when they owned saab, made saab into a negligent, cost cutting and engine exploding car company due to sludge that was almost designed to happen based on all the factors comming together, hummmmmmm. I'd recommend strengthening the engine with components from the older version of the engine from the 9000 Aero, plus a better oil pump/ catch-screen and move the catalytic converter or build up its heat shield.
