I've followed up with you folks on numerous occasions and have gotten no feedback at all (and of course I don't have my shift boot). I would be surprised if you're special ordering every shift boot as I would guess that these are a pretty easy item to stock and sell.
Nonetheless, I haven't received the level of customer service that I demand and deserve. Unless and until and I receive a level of service that provides me with reasonably prompt replies and adequate handling of the shipment of products, I can't provide you with a positive reference.
Search through this board and you'll see positive references to many Saab accessory/parts providers and consistently people have had issues with your site/store. What have you done to resolve those issues?
I'd like my shifter boot in the color and at the price that it was when I ordered it. Can you ensure that I will receive it in a timely manner if I place the order again?
