I have tried to be somewhat objective. However, you recieved custom seat covers within 7 weeks. I ordered a shift boot some three months ago. Which would you guess to take longer? I'm hoping the quality is exceptional and am looking to replace my leather seats as well. I have dealt with importing from Asian countries and understand customs and manufacturing delays. Being told next week and then the next with a no show each time doesn't keep the faith. It doesn't help that I can't call the company directly instead of the third party ordering service that is of course no help. I have no complaint with Don or cutomer service returning my emails as far as that goes. It's comforting to hear you others have had a good experience with saabstuff and I've been enlightened to the process with this company through these posts. No PMS, I just want a leather shift boot that I ordered a long time ago. :)
