I'm thankful that Don and co. is around to offer these seat covers. I ordered my set last year and it was frustrating that it took so long to arrive, however the seat covers are awesome. They fit like a glove and are very high quality. Seldom do I see a Saab that has original front leather seats that aren't torn to crap. Where else are you going to get high quality seat covers? That's one of the problems with our Saabs is that there are not that many aftermarket suppliers out there.
So I fully support saabstuff.com. I want them to remain is business so that I may purchase additional seat covers for my future Saabs. However, it is evident that they could improve their customer service. Hopefully they will communicate with their customers better in the future.
