Happens to everyone. I'm currently on a 'no-break' streak, but it wasn't that way for a while. Two heads, two broken bolts...
A drill is in your future. Others have posted their techniques, so I won't rehash that here. Another thing you may want to do is obtain a HeliCoil kit for the appropriate thread. it'll run you about $30-$40. you get a special drill bit, special tap, and a tube of little stainless steel 'springs'. You drill the hole (after the bolt is out) with the HC drill bit, then tap it with the HC tap, then run the 'spring' in with the tool that comes with the kit. Once it's in, snap of the 'drive' lug & you've got a stainless thread in the hole. Better, though more expensive than the nut on the bottom, but once you have the kit, you can do any hole, even the blind ones. In fact, after you do the one that needs it, it's not a bad idea to do the other!
