T-Scandia in Tigard. Are you in the area? You should save money if you have your old tranny rebuilt. GM on TSN talked about a 4 speed tranny that is stronger and can handle 300hp. I think with good shift technique, no clutch drops, no reverse clunks and good fluid (I use Honda MTF) these trannies can have a long life. I'm very happy with my rebuild with big pinion and I plan on getting my APC rebuilt and some other stuff to increase power from my current 185hp. I've heard ScanWest is pretty good for trannies.
Best, KB.
