You need to figure out where the brake fluid is going. A toasted accumulator will pressurize but it won't leak unless it's loose. If the Saab shop told you that you needed a new master unit, did they say why? All this brake fluid has to be going somewhere. If the high-pressure spray hasn't stripped off all the paint in your engine bay, check the brake lines running along the rear axle and the flexible and fixed lines near all four brake calipers. Does the car pull to one side under braking when there is fluid in there?
