Well there are only three parts to the hydraulic system, and it sounds like you've replaced/checked all three and you're sure there is no air in the system.
The resistance you feel when you push the pedal has to do with the pressure plate pushing back on the slave. So If I had to take a guess, it would be either your pressure/clutch plate is worn out causing excess play or something is caught in the spring fingers limiting their movement. With the system pressurized I believe your are mimicking the resistance normally provided by the pressure plate.
Try removing the plastic cover and have an assistant push on the clutch while you check the movement of the pressure plate.
