Turbocon's post reminds me that, if you are willing to butcher a box-end wrench and have a grinder or hacksaw), you can easily make one of these brake tubing wrenches yourself. Pretty sure that's what I did when I needed one (after an earlier experience destroying the points on a 10 mm brake line nut/bolt). That one was easy to get to and I just filed it down to 8 or 9 mm and went after it with a proper tool made as described above.
If you screw up the points on the 13 mm nut/bolt at the master cylinder, good luck with that - it is very difficult to reach!
