...chains, sprockets, guides, tensioners. Might also do the serpentine belt, pulleys and tensioner, front mail seal and oil pump o-ring. Replace the water pump o-rings, since that's loose, too. Also the valve cover gasket and timing chain rubber guide on the underside/inside of the valve cover.
Might also consider (not necessary) head gasket. Some folks (like me) haven't had good luck getting the timing cover back on without damaging the head gasket, and then end up doing the head gasket anyway.
Might be some things I'm forgetting, but that's a good list to start.
