that fuse controls:

cruise control
rear windows
sunroof
cigarette lighter
braking system components (yikes!)

When pulling the fuse, you must do this BEFORE you start the car, and BEFORE you put it into "D"rive. After that sequence, you can then reinstall the fuse to control the rest of the accessories.

Pulling the fuse without following the aforementioned sequence will not allow the ECU to be "tricked" into thinking the car has a stick.

Obviously, this is a nuisance, and the best thing to do is snip the orange wire (Pin 14) and install a switch for the next owner to decide which way to drive (since you'll be leaving it in the OFF position :-)).

Awesome, is all I can say about this trick! When doing it repeatedly, it also allows the ECU to readapt itself to higher performance levels, so when you're driving in normal auto mode (not pulling the fuse), the car is more responsive than before.

Just be careful and mind the tranny...

BTW: it does not give 225hp to stock CSE's with 200hp. It only increases the torque slightly to that of a stick (which, of course, increases hp, but minimally). 225hp can only be obtained with an Aero ECU and Mitsubishi TD04 turbo (disregarding the aftermarket mods that can also do it, of course).
