It depends, are you buying a new car or used to replace the 93 Aero? If new, go ahead. If used, it would come with its own assorted problems that require fixing. How much? who knows! By my tally, you have identified $2200 worth of work on the Aero, would you be able to find a replacement car, including the assorted problems, for that amount minus whatever you could sell the Aero for -at 225K, probably not much? and for the same kind of fun?
Besides, you could save some money by finding a used driver's seat. As to refinishing the wheels, that could wait.
