Its important that you get the actual code values.
The first o2 sensor is used to monitor how the engine is running. Its value should rapidly change between .2 and .9V as the mixture changes and the system adapts.
The 2nd o2 sensor monitors that the cat is doing its job. I wouldn't expect its value to change as much.
