Stripped Exhaust Stud Hole

Any ideas on how to fix? I'm guessing it can be re-tapped? But what could I use as a replacement stud? I pulled the stud out so I'm positive the hole threads are stripped. This happened after re-installing the manifold/turbo following a head gasket repair. The hole in question is on the bottom left side, closest to the turbo. Also, these studs have a external torx head on the tip (like the head bolts) and they all seemed to be the same size, are these OEM on a 96 Aero? I've only seen the ones with just threads on the tips.
Any advice or tips greatly appreciated, looking to get the thing back on the road soon. All other studs and nuts are fine and tightened. I'm assuming the car cannot be run without this stud in place especially since its a turbo?
thx
Andy
