No product on the market that I am aware of that will hold your current stud. However, since, as I understand, you have the stud in your hand instead of half of it in the block.... you can fix it.
Not sure if you can do this without removing grill. radiator, intercooler. transmission cooler, etc. BUT, if you can get at it, however you get at it, it's going to be a lot less hassle than removing your head. Even if you need to rent/borrow a right angle drill, doing what Bill suggested should be quite possible. Drill it out,slightly larger to match insert size, being careful of drilling depth, install Helicoil or equivlent,with thread locker, loctite in matching stud, let set overnight, apply nut, locking, drive on.
