Sounds like a good way to go. The 9000 alignment holds its toe-in quite well. Toe-in can be checked with a laser pointer by setting the pointer to just graze the sides of the front tire and measuring how far it is from the rear tire. At the front of the rear tire the beam should be about 0.6 inch outside of the tire side wall for proper toe in.
