You should definately wax it at least once a year. Waxing properly will remove contaminants from the paint that are there even if you park indoors only.
As far as what to use you will likely get a bunch of advice. I personally use Mothers 3 phase product which is a cleaner, glaze and finally a wax. The cleaner is used 1 time per year and the glaze and final wax used "as often as you like" for me that is about 3 times per year. There are bunches of other good products around. For you maybe a combination cleaner/wax would be OK, it certainly is the easiest but the level of protection is not as good as with a multi step product but being indoors most of the time maybe it is not such a big issue. YMMV
