ECU connector pinout + cold start issue

Hi!
I am looking for a ECU connector pinout for a NG900 1998.
I want to mesure the resistance of the coolant temperature sensor. The Haynes manual diagram show that we can mesure the resistance between point 30 and 45 on the connector.
I have an open circuit there and I just want to know if I have the good pinout.
My car is not starting when it's cold outside. I don't hear the fuel pump even after many tries. 12V across the pump make it work. The garage changed the cpp sensor along with the distributor, fuel filter and spark plugs. After $700 in repair it doesn't work. I strongly suspect the engine coolant sensor but it is really hard to reach it and thats why I want to mesure the resistance at a easier location. It seems that I am not alone with this no start cold issue.
Thanks!
Michel
