It's easy to either over- or under-react to a number when it doesn't have any context. Take arsenic, the EPA allows levels of what, 10 parts per billion. That doesn't necc. mean that 20 ppb is harmful, or that 5 ppb is better. So when the highest SAR rating is about 1.5 for some phone and the lowest is about .2 for another, what do those numbers mean? Not to minimize the potential danger, but we have to have some context here.
