Mazda CX7...turbo charged 2.3/6spd auto in a form follows fuction body..seems larger than it is....remember when Saabs did?.... this Mazda is built in Japan of Japanese pieces. The engine is a detuned version of the MazdaSpeed 4, and I'm told is largely "hand built".
It handles better than anything this tall should, and goes like "stink". Gas mileage is not great, but OK for a nearly 4,ooo lb SUV. Probably some decent deals as well, as the CX9 is now out with a "Taurus 6" and 3 rows of seats...for the mainstream...
