Could you be more specific about what you mean this being a perfect example of varying weather conditions? I dont really follow what you're after.
The initial point of this dyno sheet was to show what one can expect from a viggen with std SW and modified HW. If you look at the sheets more closely not just the peak numbers you might see what I'm after.
Comparing this to a bone stock viggen gives us the results, that the std viggen is much stronger to about 4000rpm. Also the shape of the torque curve of the HW modified viggen does not look too promising at least not to me.
IMHO if feel that this particular viggen propably is slower than a bone stock viggen when comparing real life performance on the highway. The gain in high rpms is not enough to compensate for the losses in low and midrange.
I dont want to sound like a pain in the ass, its a free world and people are free to tune their cars as they wish. What ever way you desice to go with have your car tested after mods are installed and if possible race a stock viggen ;)
