When the MBC[+A] is on and regulating boost, the ball is not seated mechanically, but is floating a bit. I think that this will make it quite isolated from changes to the seat. And the ball probably is moving very little, so the spring is probably not getting highly flexed or strained. All pressure reguators have springs. Look at the WGA itself. It has a heavy spring, high forces and large displacements. The WGA+wastegate is a pressure regulator too.
And the one hose on the BPC is a vent hose and does not have a need in the MBC application. However, one leaves the BPC installed and the harness connector in place. This perserves a working BPC and also keeps the electrical contacts preserved.
The MBC+A does have three hoses, one feedback hose from the TB area, one from the turbo compressor housing hose barb, and one to the WGA. One needs a hose to the TB area, as this is the control point that needs regulation. It is best to connect to above the throttle plate, but a connection below it (manifold) should work very well. The TB's with external IACs are very easy to connect too by tapping into the upstream hose of the IAC.
