They work opposite of each other...APR opens up to a set point and then doesn't allow more air. Pressure reliefe valve stays close until the set pressure is reached. You don't want a relieving APR. Wrong item. It falis in both respects...Doesn't help the turbo spool up quickly and then doesn't allow ano more air or the pressure that might be required to crack open the WG.
