You will know when your radiator goes by evidence of coolant drip towards the front of car on floor. I had a radiator go bad at 100k. Apparently an internal rubber gasket towards the top went bad and coolant would slowly leak when it would cool down. Seems like that was 700, give or take, for dealer fix. Replaced another radiator (and hoses) when I smashed a coyote on the intestate going 80. That was around 205k. The hoses were fine until that. Water pump will prolly need to be replaced around 150k, around 700 bucks from dealer (not a dyi job at all there). You will know when water pump is going bad by coolant leak towards rear of engine on the floor. As for balance chain tensioner, after dealer let chain slip on water pump replacement, they agreed to properly re torque chain and replace tensioner free (i was only out the 70 bucks for tensioner) but the old one was still absolutely perfect. I certainly don't dispute the others on here who see these cars on the daily, but the only proactive maintainance I would think to do for my own car would be tensioner. That is my uneducated in cars decision. As for coolant system, I waited to see a drip here and there before I acted. Assuming your car runs at the right temp, thermostat should be fine. Insurance had to replace mine after coyote accident because I'm assuming it got way to hot and failed due to my radiator exploding! Barring hunting with your car, I think it's fine. Once again, that is just my option though and experience with just one car.
