It's either the brake vacuum assist pump or the vacuum switch for turning on the pump.
If you open the hood and pump the brake pedal with ignition on, you should hear the pump coming on and go off when vacuum is depleted.
If not, try to tap on the funky looking black valve at around right/front strut tower with plastic tubes and electrical wires attached with ignition on and see if the pump kicks in.
Also I should add to check the brake vacuum pipe behind fuel computer to make sure it is not cracked at the in line check valve.
