I'd be interested to hear from you if you do go ahead with the dash replacements. The Boston Acoustics are probably a good bet..
...regarding the rear speakers, the back doors are supposedly the weakest link based on older posts I've read. Their drivers are inefficient and undersized.. so those may be a good place to start if you're thinking you need some better rear fill....
The other option of course is to replace the rear deck sub's with a good full range pair. However; my fear in dong this is that the rear stage would now dominate the overall balance of the system. One could use the fader to restore the original front/rear balance.. but doing so would then probably hurt the systems overall bass response... So having said that... I think the doors would be a good place to investigate.. as you really only need a slight increase in the rear.
