I actually wish the dealership had told us "excellent" being the only passing grade in the SAAB system. Before the outrageous call I got yesterday, I probably would have played along and given them straight "excellent," despite the slights and arrogance from that same salesman who did the delivery. For crying out loud, we were so supportive of that lonely dealership near our home that I passed on one offer from a dealer near our apartment in the city that would have saved us over $500, and another deal from a dealer that is located half way between our apartment in the city and our home that would have saved us over $300.
How were we supposed to know that "very good" meant "not good at all"? The phone call yesterday however changed everything. I doubt I'd give them "fair"/"average."
