Not to be critical or condescending, but is your work with the T-7, and familiarity with the specs an internal Saab position? My info came from high up with in the company. Perhaps it is correct,or perhaps you are. just
wondering about the nature of how you determined this.Ultimately,it is an academic question. The torque is what it is, and unless you had a way of unlocking the limiter,there is no real reason to beat this to death. Chances are that within the bowels of other car's engine management systems,things are being done that are even more restrictive.
