CarQuest likely sells the model for the new 9-5 also. The CQ switch is made by NAiC, a division of Matsushita Electric, which is a division of Panasonic, which also makes the Saab OEM switch.
Not only did the two switch bodies (new and old) have the identical casting marks in the aluminum, but they even had identical dog-eared paper stickers on the case.
