Hi Michael,
Here are some of your answers from another that likes everything working.
Cruise does have an indicator light in dash. Most likely just the bulb is burned out. It is accessed through the left speaker hole. Look through the windsheild at the back of the guage assembly. You will see bulb holders that you twist for removal. Each one lines up with the corresponding accessory function space and after removal of assembly, you can pull out the bulb from the holder and replace. (this is how to replace your shift up light as well.
Yes to the heated seats and window switches, and I am not sure on the sunroof. I have fixed both of the former, but it is a little trickier. The switches need to be removed from the car and taken apart. If you are handy, after you remove them and give them a good look, you will see what needs to happen to get them apart. I purchased replacement bulbs from Radio Shack and reassembled. I have installed a 85 console and sunroof switch which I like better than what my 89 came with(it is in a different location and more intuitive-the rocker has a forward and back motion like the sunroof, rather than left and right) and it doesn't light now, but, I have not given it a close inspection yet.(I will)
Hope this helps a bit!
Regards,
John
