Very likely you have a bad fuel pump relay or LH system relay. They're on the right wall of the front passenger footwell, up behind the bolster, above the LH brain. You need to unscrew and remove the black vertical trim piece that holds the carpet to the wall along the front edge of the door opening. Then yank the carpet down and back and you'll see the LH brain. Slip your hand above that and you feel two small cube-shaped relays. I've attached a picture from the manual that shows the location of the two small relays. The one closest the door is the fuel pump relay the other is the system relay. Pull them out carefully so you can observe the orientation and replace them or new ones easily, you'll be doing it blind. The easiest and quickest way to tell if one (or both) of the relays is bad is to just borrow a good one and swap it in. Usually it's the pump relay that's bad but a bad system relay will have the same effect. They are identical items, widely available and cheap. Good luck
