Russ Parsons Classified Problem.

Hoping some people can help me out. One month ago, I responded to a Saabnet classified posted by Russ Parsons (which incidentally is the top one in the "parts" classifieds section. We talked on the phone, and emailed, and he said he had the hubcap I needed. I sent a PayPal payment on April 25, and am still waiting for the part to arrive. I've sent 3 emails since then, asking for a progress update, and no reply has come back.

I searched the archives here, and others have spoken glowingly of the guy, so I hesitate to assume I got scammed. Does anyone know the guy - is he sick or incapacitated? Has this happened to anyone else?
