I found a 1986 9000T 5 speed FS. It has 89,000 miles cloth interior (I thought all 86 9000T's had leather?) and this puzzles me too NO Sunroof? (again I thought all 9000t's had sunroofs?) That said the car can be had for around $500. Here are the concerns...
- the seller says it needs a new wiring harness (car will not start) - I am not DIY'r and would have a trusted independent do the work. Any idea of replacement cost? ballpark?
- The drivers side interior door panel cloth is torn and the interior panel has some vinyl damage
Good news is the car is a rust free SoCal car with original paint.
Anything I should ask seller about the car or to photograph? I would be shipping it from SoCal to the Boston area and the car would be commuter ride for my wife. About a 64 mile daily commute.
Thanks!
Andrew
