When I installed mine I wasn't aware that poly was prone to making noise at that location. Silicone spray would make them quiet until the next time it dried following a rain.
This time I used some waterproof grease, the same stuff plumbers use to lubricate a faucet. Danco part number 80360 from Lowes. All is quiet, but I don't know how long it will last.
I have red poly bushings on the rear sway bars with grease fittings made by Energy Suspensions and sold by Summit Racing as part number ENS-9-5156G. That's for 19 mm thick sway bars. They've never made noise, but it rarely gets any colder here than in the teens (above zero that is).
