1. Follow the kickdown cable from the rear side(firewall side) of the transmission to the throttle body. It is vertical where it attaches to the throttle body linkage, mounted on an external bracket.
2. The blowout of the idle air control hose brass fitting is a large problem that is wreaking havoc with your engine load measurement(map sensor) and ignition timing advance. You need to reinstall the brass fitting and secure it with epoxy glue, JB Weld has worked well for my car and others. This is related to your earlier posts about misfiring.
3. The intake charge air delivery tube is the large aluminum tube that delivers air to the throttle body through the left angle rubber boot. The lower end of the charge delivery tube attaches to the output port of the intercooler (near lower end of radiator) At the lower end of this tube is an 8mm rubber hose of about 200mm length. This is the throttle pressure hose.
All of us have had to reglue this brass fitting as the epoxy succumbs to heat and boost pressure. I've done it twice in the last three years.
