Really, viewing the model you showed in your message, as long as the red wire is in the correct spot, you can just plug the original "plug" back in. There will not be a terminal to connect to the other wires so they will stay there for looks only. If the red wire isn't in the right position, pop it out of the plug, pop out the one that IS in the right spot, and swap 'em. The red should be in the right spot, though.
Many have used the 900 alternators they don't tend to have the spot for the "T" plug but the one you have does. Right? I have one that has an internal VR with the plug hole, another that doesn't have the hole. For the latter, I've had to add some red wire, male at one end, female at the other, and run that to the terminal.
