Thanks much guys, all very good advice!

The owner of the car is helping out with some of the work and he's already pulled the plugs and sprayed some WD40 in they cylinders.
My major concerns were basically what you guys had stated. The fuel system, and the cooling system. The owner says he had dropped and cleaned the fuel tank, but I really like the idea of running the pump with the line to the filter disconnected to get all the old fuel out!
As far as the cooling system goes, I don't know that I'll have the ability to drain all the coolant and do a flush or anything like that. I had actually planned on swapping out the water pump for an electric setup either way (if I were to actually purchase the car)... I've seen and heard of way to many B motor water pump issues!

The next thing is to turn it over by hand, if you guys can help me out by letting me know what size wrench/socket we need to do so that would be great.

I plan to make a trip next week to take a much closer look at the car and maybe even bring a few inexpensive parts, i.e.: plugs and ignition bits, and some fluids.

Thanks again! I'm looking forward to getting this thing to a point where we can hopefully try and fire it up. And once I am confident about the mechanicals of the car, I can try and negotiate a price...
