You may want to consider Scania in Walnut Creek (925-935-4605). Joby (the owner) is incedibly honest and knowledgable, has all the parts in stock, and has blazing turnaround time. Perhaps he is a little anal-retentive, but that could be a desirable trait in your mechanic.
