First off, congratulations. You'll love it.
The performance numbers sag on the 0 to 60 times, because of the torque limiter in first an second gear (mostly first). You are correct though, because from 30 to 140, the car will scream. I think that you'll search long and hard before you'll find something that will beat it. Except, of course, a fully bred sport's car, or exotic.
Reliablility is not an issue. Saab used the same great 4-cyl platform, and just juiced it up a bit. The turbo is a liquid cooled Mitsubishi turbo, therefore you shouldn't have any issues with it.
I also think that most impressive part over time will be the brakes. The brakes are outstanding.
I think that you've gotten a decent deal, I would refuse to sell my Viggen at below invoice (ask anybody about that). $500 to $1000 over invoice is fair.
You should receive full-loaner benefits (if you don't, then you're at the wrong dealer anyway), No-charge Maintenance, and (most importantly) The Viggen Flight Academy.
As far as accessories go, if you cant get any discounts from your dealer, email us a parts@saabcenter.com . We offer 20% off list on all parts and accessories (including catalogue and special order items).
The first after market piece that I would buy would be the Viggen Rescue Kit. It will virtually eliminate that pesky torque steer that we read so much about. I believe that it is available through Abbott Racing (feedback would be nice); I've also heard through the bulletin board of a few cheaper alternatives. I'm sure that we'll be pointed in the right direction by somebody.

My largest words of wisdom: Take care of the airdam. It is very easily scratched or damaged.

Bis Dann,
Brian.
