It doesn't hurt to check the airbox (unless you introduce dirt into it in so doing, of course!) but I don't see too much cause for concern. Single digit Si values are pretty good, and the increase is only 6ppm over the virgin oil. Mg is a common additive in oils (present in M1, and to concentrations >1000ppm in others ) so the small increase of 3ppm from virgin oil value could be due to residual oil from the previous interval.
Given the headgasket issues with 9-3's, I'd be most concerned about the K (since coolant is a likely origin) but the 1ppm increase from the virgin oil is small at this point. However, its also a bit surprising to find 3ppm of K in the virgin M1; I don't remember seeing this in other M1 analyses.
