Assuming you are male, "you will never be a mother" can't dispute that statement.

I got hit by a dirt ball a ways back who had no insurance, ending up taking the guy to court and being offered his worthless automobile as a settlement, as he had no appreciable income or valuable assets.

On the hand when I was 19 and driving a real beater junk heap, a dude rammed me from behind. We pulled over and the first thing out of the guys mouth was to offer me $ 100, I said looks more like $ 200, he pulled it out of his wallet and forked it over. Was able to some serious partyin that weekend.

Hope you are able to get a proper settlement for your trouble.
