In fact, last week, I picked up I-90E from the OH Tpk (exit 110), then Rte 4 up to 90 through Cleveland (literally through the middle by the waterfront, but nary a holdup) toward Erie and then 86, 17, etc., as Kevin suggested. It is indeed bute-a-ful (I'm from Pittsburgh originally and how about them Penguins? They were the Hornets, BTW, when I lived there.) The R lane of the eastbound pavement on 86/17 from roughly Hornell over almost to Corning is uneven (kabump kabump kabump)and most traffic sticks in the L lane. When you8 pick up I-81, it's a nice road, too, down toward Phila.
