Bathroom electro-mechanical fans usually come with a plastic baffle near the opening of its 4" or 6" outlet.
Sometimes I do wonder though, whether a dehumidifier in the bathroom in winter is more energy efficient than fan venting to the outside. The electricity for running the dehumidifier is not wasted in winter as it generates heat just as efficiently as the bathroom electrical heater. Why venting and triggering the electric local heater instead of dehumidifying after long hot shower. Run the fan or open window for a few minutes for fresh air after the other business in the bathroom, of course :-)
