I have a SawStop. I have triggered it once when a piece of aluminum touched the blade. The mechanism triggered so quickly I was still wondering a second latter why my piece of wood was not being cut! Always use a push but stuff happens and it happens at incredible speed on cabinet saws!
Sawstop machines are also beautifully deigned and made, their parts even come packaged similar to lego in blister packs.
