anyone know the relationship between resistance and voltage? i can't seem to remember physics very well...
specifically, if i begin with 5 volts and run it through a 25 ohm resistor, what is the resultant voltage? likewise, if the same voltage is run through a 0.5 ohm resistor...
i have a variable resistor (potentiometer) that i am supplying a 5v signal to. the resultant voltage is then run into the aux input of my ecu. it essentially allows me to determine how much the maximum boost level will be reduced based on the setting of the potentiometer. so i need to know the range of voltage the ecu will "see" so i can set the map up accordingly. thanks for the info...
