I think if you had figured out a way to turn that camshaft you could have measured valve lash. If a valve is slightly bent, it'll maybe(?)push down & LOOK like it's OK. But the lash might be 0.020 or 0.040 over. What you did only says they're not grossly damaged.
I guess I'd probably take the risk & just put on the camshaft & see, based on me doing the work myself. If you get it done, a mechanic's labor cost would be part of the picture.
Obviously you'll have to adjust valve lash with the new cam... But that's not an indication of damage.
