I used to have a stage 3 with Jak's big t28 and I now have a stage 6 with gt3071 and its putting down around 340whp and 400wtrq. I also have a 9k aero with tdo4 6cm2 with Jak's stage 3 ecu. Makes around 24psi of boost.
Like I stated to Seth, when you up the boost and start tuning it can and usually does bring out some of the weak points in your system. I have had many issues with misfires under heavy boost, but almost all of my problems were fixed by running new ngkbcpr7es-11 plugs gapped to about .032
At one point with Jak's big t28 I was spiking to 28-29psi of boost and it would cause misfire unless I gapped the plugs down to .030 and when I had my gt3071 screaming at 33psi off boost I had to go down to .028mm. The more boost you run it seems like the tighter you have to gap the plugs down, at least that is what I have found on my cars.
I also had a di go bad and it would do ok until under heavy boost, then it would mis-fire, I finally tried another known good di and that took care of my issues. I also had luck one time by replacing just the lower section of my di, the black boot section, this had arching and was causing mis-fires. Replaced the lower section, mis-fire's gone.
So, I would first buy a new set or two of ngkbcpr7es-11 plugs and change them every so often. My aero at stage 3 seems to last around 3-4 months or so, but as soon as I feel it start to mis-fire under boost, I change them out. Make sure you gap them to at least .035mm and then lower to .032mm to see if that helps. After that I would go to checking my di... Good Luck,
John
