Sure, of course it's all for fun, and I really don't care who blows their turbo or melts something and who doesn't, as long as it's not me. :)
But explain the logic of pumping nothing but heat right in the middle of your rpm range again?
It just doesn't make sense, that's all. Running over 19 psi, how much additional useable flow do you really get? You can only achieve those high boost levels, cfm-wise, at lower rpm anyway so you're adding heat to the system right in the middle of a pull that can't go anywhere until after you get off the gas, so it just accumulates and hurts the torqe that you could otherwise make and maintain higer into your operating rpm range.
Running boost that high might make a fun spike, but really you're hurting the amount of torque over time (RMS) that you could otherwise put to the ground, aka horsepower. That's my only point here.
